Nature of the work

Meena’s counselling and therapeutic work is supportive and complementary. She does not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication, and no particular outcome is promised. Any session is arranged directly with Meena, and specific arrangements (such as fees and scheduling) are agreed at that time.

Not an emergency service

This website, its enquiry form, WhatsApp and phone contact are not emergency or crisis services, and messages may not be read straight away. In an emergency in India, call 112. For mental-health support you can call Tele-MANAS on 14416.

Training programmes

Certification programmes taught by Meena are offered through the Society for Complementary Therapies (SFCT). Enrolment, fees and certificates for those programmes are handled by SFCT under its own terms.
