Privacy Policy

This website belongs to Meena Gupta, a counsellor, therapist and trainer practising in Bellandur, Bangalore. This policy explains what personal information the website handles and how. It covers this website only — not the website of the Society for Complementary Therapies (SFCT), which has its own policies.

Information you give us

When you send an enquiry, the form asks for your name, an email address and/or phone number, how you prefer to be contacted, who the enquiry is for, how you would like to meet, an area of interest, and an optional message. You also confirm that you are 18 or over and that you agree to your details being used to respond.

Please keep the message short and do not include detailed medical or personal health information. Meena can talk through anything more personal with you directly.

How it is used

Your enquiry is used only to reply to you and to arrange a conversation or session if you wish. It is not used for marketing and is not sold or shared with anyone else.

How it is handled

When you submit the form, your enquiry is sent by email to Meena. The website itself does not keep a copy of your enquiry: it is not saved in a database or in files on the web server.

To protect the form from misuse, the server briefly keeps a one-way, non-reversible code derived from your internet (IP) address, together with a time, so it can limit repeated submissions. This code is deleted automatically within 24 hours and cannot be used to identify the content of your enquiry.

Once an enquiry reaches Meena’s email inbox, it is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and, where required, your consent will be asked for.

Like almost all websites, the hosting server records standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in its access logs, which the hosting provider uses to run and secure the service.

Enquiries about children and teens

Enquiries about anyone under 18 should be made by a parent or guardian. Please share only what is necessary for a first contact.

This site links to other websites, including sfct.in and WhatsApp. Their privacy practices are their own.
