What it involves
Music and sound can offer a way of relaxing, reflecting and expressing what may be hard to put into words. Meena’s work in this area includes music therapy and sound-based practice.
She completed Integral Sound Healing Training at SVARAM Campus, Auroville, and in 2013 contributed a paper or workshop on “Bio-Guided music therapy integrated with other complimentary therapies” to the 9th National Conference on Hypnotherapy in New Delhi.
